The terms that govern your use of WP Bunny Connector and this website.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Nahnu Fitness LLC, doing business as Nahnu Plugins ("Nahnu Plugins," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at wpbunnyconnector.com (the "Site") and the WordPress plugin WP Bunny Connector (the "Plugin," and together with the Site, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, downloading the Plugin, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access the Site or use the Plugin.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. The Plugin Is Free and Provided As-Is
WP Bunny Connector is distributed at no cost through the official WordPress.org plugin repository under the GPL-2.0-or-later license. Nahnu Plugins does not charge for the Plugin, does not sell premium upgrades or paid tiers of the Plugin through this Site, and has no payment processing relationship with you in connection with the Plugin.
Because the Plugin is provided free of charge, it is offered strictly "as is" and "as available," as further described in Section 6 below.
3. Third-Party Services
WP Bunny Connector is designed to connect WordPress sites to Bunny.net, a third-party content delivery network operated by an unrelated company. To use the Plugin, you must independently create and maintain your own account with Bunny.net and supply your own Bunny.net API credentials within the Plugin's settings.
Nahnu Plugins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bunny.net. Your use of Bunny.net's services is governed entirely by Bunny.net's own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing, none of which Nahnu Plugins controls. We are not responsible for Bunny.net's availability, billing, data handling, or service quality. Any disputes regarding your Bunny.net account or service must be directed to Bunny.net directly.
The Plugin does not transmit your Bunny.net API credentials, configuration data, or website content to any Nahnu Plugins server. All communication initiated by the Plugin occurs directly between your WordPress installation and Bunny.net's own API.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Plugin beyond what is permitted by its GPL license.
- Use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a support request, bug report, or integration request through the Site.
A separate Acceptable Use Policy provides additional detail and governs alongside these Terms.
5. Support Requests and Submitted Content
The Site provides forms for submitting bug reports and integration requests. By submitting information through these forms, you grant Nahnu Plugins a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and act on that information for the purpose of providing support, improving the Plugin, and responding to your request.
Support is provided on a best-effort, volunteer basis by a small team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a response, a fix, a timeline, or that a requested integration will be built. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information submitted through these forms is collected, stored, and used.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND THE PLUGIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NAHNU PLUGINS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT IT WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY WITH YOUR SPECIFIC COMBINATION OF WORDPRESS VERSION, THEME, PLUGINS, OR HOSTING ENVIRONMENT; THAT IT WILL NOT CAUSE CACHING ERRORS, SERVE STALE OR INCORRECT CONTENT, OR INTERFERE WITH YOUR SITE'S NORMAL OPERATION; OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN ON ANY WEBSITE, INCLUDING PRODUCTION AND LIVE COMMERCIAL WEBSITES. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TESTING THE PLUGIN IN A STAGING ENVIRONMENT, AND MAINTAINING CURRENT BACKUPS OF YOUR WEBSITE, BEFORE AND WHILE USING THE PLUGIN.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAHNU FITNESS LLC, ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NAHNU FITNESS LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THE PLUGIN EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMIT REFLECTS THE FACT THAT THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nahnu Fitness LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Plugin, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including any claim that your use of the Plugin on your website caused harm to a third party.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding the Plugin's GPL-licensed source code), is owned by Nahnu Fitness LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Plugin's source code is licensed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license, and your rights to copy, modify, and redistribute the Plugin's code are governed by that license, not by these Terms.
"Nahnu Plugins" and associated logos are marks of Nahnu Fitness LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission, except as necessary to accurately refer to the Plugin (for example, in a blog post or review).
10. Third-Party Trademark Notice
"WordPress" is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. "Bunny," "Bunny.net," and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner. Nahnu Plugins' use of these terms is solely to describe compatibility and is not an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including the support form and any account-like functionality, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Because the Plugin itself is distributed through WordPress.org, your right to download and use the Plugin's code is governed by WordPress.org's own terms and the GPL license, not by our ability to terminate access under these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Binding Arbitration. You and Nahnu Fitness LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Plugin shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association), and shall take place in Washington State, or remotely by agreement of the parties.
Class Action Waiver. You and Nahnu Fitness LLC agree that any arbitration or claim shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nahnu Fitness LLC.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to the contact address below within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last modified" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site or Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide more prominent notice, such as a banner on the Site.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nahnu Fitness LLC regarding the Site and the Plugin, and supersede any prior agreements.
