Privacy Policy
What data this site and plugin collect, and how it's used.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Nahnu Fitness LLC, doing business as Nahnu Plugins ("Nahnu Plugins," "we," "us," or "our"), collects through wpbunnyconnector.com (the "Site"), how that information is used, and what choices you have. It also explains what the WP Bunny Connector plugin (the "Plugin") does and does not collect when installed on your own WordPress site.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and, once published, our Cookie Policy.
2. Information We Collect on This Site
The only personal information collected through this Site is what you voluntarily submit through the support form, used for bug reports and integration requests. The form collects:
- Name — so we can address you in a reply
- Email address — so we can respond to your request
- The details of your request — including any plugin versions, environment details, or descriptions you choose to include
We do not have a newsletter, mailing list, account system, comments section, or any other form on this Site that collects personal information.
3. How Support Form Data Is Stored and Used
When you submit the support form, your submission is stored in this Site's WordPress database and is also sent via email to our support team's inbox, so we can review and respond to your request. We use this information solely to provide support: to understand and reproduce bugs, to evaluate integration requests, and to reply to you directly.
We do not sell, rent, or share your support form submissions with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your email address for anything other than responding to the specific request you submitted, unless you separately opt in to something else in the future.
Support form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request and maintain a record of reported issues for the Plugin's development. You may request deletion of your submission at any time; see Section 8 below.
4. Analytics
This Site uses self-hosted analytics tools that we operate ourselves, specifically Matomo and Pausable, both run on our own infrastructure rather than a third-party vendor's servers. Our Matomo instance is configured in cookieless, IP-anonymized mode, meaning it does not set tracking cookies and does not store your full IP address or other information that directly identifies you as an individual.
Because this analytics configuration does not use cookies or store personally identifying data, it is generally understood not to require visitor consent under current GDPR and ePrivacy guidance. We have not independently audited this configuration through outside counsel, and we encourage you to contact us if you have questions about exactly what is and is not collected.
We use this anonymized analytics data only in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful, how people generally navigate the Site, and where the documentation may need improvement. We do not use it to build individual visitor profiles.
5. What the Plugin Itself Collects
WP Bunny Connector, once installed on your own WordPress site, does not transmit any data to Nahnu Plugins or any Nahnu Plugins server. The Plugin does not phone home for license checks, update checks, or telemetry of any kind. It is fully self-contained.
The Plugin's only outbound connection is directly between your own WordPress installation and your own Bunny.net account, using the API credentials you provide. We never see your Bunny.net credentials, your pull zone configuration, your website's content, or your visitors' data. For more detail on this connection, see Section 3 of our Terms of Use.
6. Cookies
This Site currently uses minimal cookies, limited to what is strictly necessary for basic site functionality (for example, security-related cookies set by WordPress itself). Our analytics, as described in Section 4, is configured to run without setting cookies.
We are in the process of implementing a dedicated cookie consent solution to provide more granular detail and control over cookie usage on the Site. Once that is live, a separate Cookie Policy will be published with full detail on every cookie set, its purpose, and your consent options. Until then, this section serves as the Site's interim disclosure: if that changes, including if non-essential cookies are added before the dedicated Cookie Policy is published, we will update this section accordingly.
7. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing the limited personal information described in this policy is as follows. For support form submissions, our legal basis is legitimate interest, specifically, responding to a support request you initiated, and consent, since submitting the form is a voluntary, affirmative action. For anonymized analytics, our position is that cookieless, IP-anonymized analytics does not constitute processing of personal data requiring a separate legal basis under GDPR, though we recognize this is configuration-dependent and subject to ongoing review.
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Regardless of your location, you may request that we delete any support form submission you've made, correct inaccurate information, or tell you what information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, as that term is defined under the CCPA.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where required by law, within the statutory timeframe applicable to your jurisdiction.
9. Data Retention
Support form submissions are retained in our WordPress database and email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request, track recurring issues, and maintain a development record for the Plugin. Anonymized analytics data, since it does not identify individuals, is retained according to our standard analytics retention settings and is not tied to any deletion request, as it cannot be linked back to you.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through this Site, including standard WordPress security practices and access controls on our hosting and email systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information you submit.
11. Children's Privacy
This Site and the Plugin are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this page. The "Last modified" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. If a change is material, particularly any change to what we collect or how we use it, we will make reasonable efforts to provide more prominent notice, such as a banner on the Site.
