Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy describes how the website at wpbunnyconnector.com (the "Site") and the WP Bunny Connector plugin (the "Plugin") may and may not be used. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use, which governs your overall relationship with Nahnu Fitness LLC, doing business as Nahnu Plugins ("we," "us," or "our").

This policy applies to two distinct things: your use of the Site itself, including the support forms, and your use of the Plugin once you've installed it on your own WordPress website.

2. Acceptable Use of the Site

The Site does not have user accounts or a login system. The only interactive features are the bug report and integration request forms. When using these forms, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including impersonating another person or organization.
• Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the forms to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content unrelated to a genuine bug report or integration request.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its underlying systems, or any data not intended for you.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to submit forms in a way that a human would not reasonably do, including mass or repeated submissions.
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's normal operation, including its servers or networks.

3. Acceptable Use of the Plugin

WP Bunny Connector is free software distributed under the GPL-2.0-or-later license, and you are free to install, run, and modify it on your own WordPress sites consistent with that license. In connection with your use of the Plugin, you agree not to:

• Use the Plugin to facilitate or support any unlawful activity on your website, including using its caching or edge rule functionality to serve, distribute, or accelerate delivery of illegal content.
• Misrepresent the Plugin's origin, capabilities, or affiliation, including falsely claiming that Nahnu Plugins endorses, supports, or is affiliated with your specific use case, business, or website.
• Redistribute a modified version of the Plugin in a way that misleadingly suggests it is the official, unmodified WP Bunny Connector, consistent with GPL trademark norms; you may modify and redistribute the code itself freely under the GPL, but the "WP Bunny Connector" name and associated branding should not be used to imply official status for a modified version.
• Use any vulnerability you discover in the Plugin to attack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to other people's websites; instead, report it to us through the support form.

Because the Plugin connects to your own Bunny.net account using your own credentials, your use of Bunny.net's service through the Plugin is also subject to Bunny.net's own acceptable use terms, which we do not control and which are not restated here.

4. Consequences of Violation

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy in connection with the Site, we may take action including, but not limited to, declining to respond to your support request, blocking future submissions from you, or any of the remedies described in Section 11 (Termination) of our Terms of Use.

Because the Plugin is free, self-hosted software that runs on your own website rather than a service we operate, our practical ability to enforce this policy with respect to Plugin use is limited. We reserve the rights described in Section 9 of the Terms of Use (Intellectual Property) regarding misuse of our name, marks, or branding, regardless of where that misuse occurs.

5. Governing Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy does not establish its own separate governing law, dispute resolution process, or arbitration agreement. Any dispute relating to this policy is governed by Section 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) of our Terms of Use, including its binding arbitration clause and class action waiver.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by updating this page. The "Last modified" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site or Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
